We will email you a collection label. Print this out and attach it to the top of the box.
Ensure that your unit is packed in the specially designed box and foam inserts. If you do not have the specially designed packaging please DO NOT use this service. You could use the box and collect service or the Silver/Gold service options.
After you have attached the label to the box please call us on 01636 892410 to arrange collection. DO NOT email as we will need to ask additional questions regarding the collection.
On receipt of your unit it will be inspected by one of our trained engineers and an estimate will be send before we carry out any work. Small items (less than £5 in total) such as basket rubber feet, lid pads, small labels etc. will be replaced free of charge.
All parts and the work carried out is guaranteed for 6 months from date of repair. There is no guarantee on a service as this is akin to a car MOT – the service is a guarantee that the unit passes all of the required tests AT THAT TIME.
