Walker Electronics for all your Ultrasonic Cleaning Equipment
About Walker Electronics
Walker Electronics Limited was founded in 1952 in Surrey, England when Mr John Walker (Hon. FBHI) first produced the ‘Meridian’, an electronic watch timer. This at the time revolutionary product, allowed the watch maker/repairer to time a watch in a matter of minutes rather than days!
The next company progression was to ultrasonic cleaning tanks and led us to examine clock, watch and jewellery cleaning fluids. Walker Electronics Ltd then diversified into the Dental market introducing the first ultraosnic cleaners to dentistry in the mid 1970’s, again developing specialist-cleaning solutions to meet the exacting needs of dental surgeons.
Since then the product range has grown to include specialist solutions for many applications including veterinary, chiropody and industry. Most recent development include an ultrasonic cleaner based on a PIC chip which controls every aspect of the cleaning cycle and records data which can be printed, sent to a PC via a USB conection, downloaded to memory stick or sent via Bluetooth.
“The company has a strong belief that modern techniques should not sacrifice quality and prides itself on the quality of its customer service” says Mr Everitt. “I am always willing to hear your views – contact me direct if you are unhappy with any aspect of our service and I will do my utmost to ensure that your issue is resolved to your satisfaction”.
Within in the Healthcare sector and Primary Care Dental Practices, testing Ultrasonic Cleaning Baths for Validation and Verification purposes is essential. Protein Residue Testing, Foil Ablation Test and the Load Check system are all available from Walker Electronics to help you comply with the current Health Service Technical Memorandum.
Mr John Walker, the founder died in 2013 and Brian J Everitt, the Managing Director since 1992 is now in charge of running of the business.
