Delivery & Returns
Our Delivery Charges Explained:
- Ultrasonic Cleaners (except Q105) – £15.54 per item
- Cleaning Solutions (except WELzyme and 6x300ml Disinfectant WELclean) – £12 flat rate, plus £1.20 per container ie 1 container is £13.20, 2 containers £14.40 etc
- 6x300ml Disinfectant WELclean, WELzyme, Q105 Ultrasonic and all Testing items (Foil, load check strips, protein residue tests) – FREE P&P
- All Accessories (inc load check holder) – £10.74
- Should you wish to purchase an ultrasonic cleaner AND cleaning fluids/accessories there will be NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE for the fluids or accessories
All prices INCLUDE VAT at the current rate
These prices are for UK mainland ONLY (excluding Highlands and Islands). If you postcode is one of the following there may be an additional carriage charge: AB31 → AB56, FK19 → FK21, HS, IV1 → IV63, KA27 & KA28, KW1 → KW17, PA20 → PA78, PH1 → PH50, ZE, BT, GY, IM, JE
We are unable to ship cleaning fluids outside UK mainland.
We do not supply goods to addresses outside the UK.
If you wish to cancel an order which has not yet been despatched, please contact us at the earliest possible opportunity.
Delivery Lead Times
- All products, subject to stock, will be delivered directly to you in 14 working days (there may be seasonal delays)
- Shipping costs will be confirmed in your Shopping Cart
- Delivery costs are clearly displayed for your order at every stage
We will endeavour to manufacture and ship within 14 working days. Please note deliveries are normally Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm.. We will contact you via email when your order is due to be despatched however we are unable to allocate a specific delivery date or time. Your order will also require a signature on delivery and WILL NOT delivered or left without this. We deliver to mainland UK only. We are unable to deliver internationally at this time.
Goods can only be shipped to one address per order.

Due to the high costs involved in shipping to remote locations we are unable to deliver to the following destinations:
- Isle of Man
- Isles of Scilly
- Northern Ireland
- Scottish Highlands
- British Forces BFPO postcodes.
You have 24 hours in which to report a problem with the delivery. In the unlikely event an item does not meet our usual standards and we are notified within the 24 hour window please contact us to arrange a replacement.
